When Jesus walked the earth, he invested in people. He taught the masses, trained disciples and fashioned leaders.
At Southeastern, we strive to do the same in the 21st century. By giving to Southeastern, you invest in students who share your unquenchable thirst for God and help us equip them to fulfill the Great Commission.
Your gifts—first and foremost—build God’s kingdom. Students who attend Southeastern feel called to the university. They, unlike many of their peers, know God is calling them to Himself first and then to a career in which they can serve Him. Chapel services, on-the-spot intercessory prayer by fellow students, and lectures about being servant leaders, build the faith of Southeastern students.
You can be confident that the students into whom you invest will carry out the Great Commission during their study at Southeastern and after graduation. Our students, who come from a myriad of backgrounds, often return to their communities in American cities and towns, and countries around the globe. Our students intern as teachers in Saipan, Italy and Germany, and our graduates evangelize throughout the world and heal the hurting through international medical mission trips.
Not only will your gifts advance Christ’s cause around the world, but closer to home as well—in offices, classrooms, courtrooms, newsrooms, hospitals and other places where Southeastern graduates will serve as professionals. At Southeastern, we focus on integrating faith with higher learning in every field. From lectures, to exams, through internships, we instill within our students the need to be salt and light among their future co-workers, supervisors and employees.
Just as Jesus sows seeds to reap a harvest of believers, sow your valuable resources into good soil—Southeastern students—and watch your investment grow thirty-fold, sixty-fold, and one hundredfold in the ministry of their lives.
