We would like to move MyCroft's tables out of the tigris database to better
separate project data from Mozdev.org data.

We're not sure what the best way to handle downtime is for your project, so let
us know how you would like to handle the migration.

I don't see this requiring any downtime - just a period where the db is frozen
which from a user point of view just stops judging and submission...

I see it as:
1. freeze db (or disable the 2/3 places that allow end user writing)
2. copy tables to new database
   new connect.h somewhere
3. edit references to connect.h
4. test
5. unfreeze

am I missing anything?
