Q. How do I create a PIN if I don't have one yet?
A. *To create a PIN if you do not have one:
1) Enter your Library Card Number
2) Leave the PIN field blank
3) Click "Submit"
Q. I am unable to create a PIN (or, I forgot my PIN or, my PIN is not being recognized)!
A. If you are unable to create a PIN it is possible that there is already a PIN in your record. In some cases, the library at which you signed up for your library card may have assigned you a PIN. If you have forgotten your PIN or are having trouble setting one up, you can reset it using the "Forgot your PIN" link above.
This only works if there is a valid Email address in your library account. For privacy reasons, we are unable to determine your old PIN. Contact your local Minuteman Library for further assistance.

Q. I got the error message "Your pin is not complex enough to be secure. Please select another one.". What does this mean?
A. The system will prevent the creation of PINs that are not complex enough to be secure; a PIN is considered not complex enough if it contains:
a character that is repeated 3 or more times (aaa, aaaa...). a set of 2, 3, or 4 characters is that is repeated 2 or more times (abab, abcabc, abcdabcd...).
Q. Are you having trouble accessing "My Account" via the MLN Catalog?
