We can provide practically any kind of service that you require in India. We provide our services through a nationwide network of branches, franchisees and vendors. For your convenience we have listed some of the most common requests we have come across on our website. The list is meant to assist you in getting an idea of the kind of requests we can fulfill. If you do not find your request listed, just go ahead and place it with complete details. We are able to handle 9 out of 10 requests. If for some reason we are unable to handle your request, we will cancel the order and give you a full refund of any service fee you have paid. In addition we will try to engage with you to help you find alternative ways to complete your request.

What cities do you provide services in?

We are able to provide services in most cities and big towns in India. Currently our network is slightly stronger in southern India. Hence, we can cover most any service to be done in southern India. At the same time, we have a strong network to cover most cities and towns in other parts of the country. The city list provided in the order entry form is only indicative of the places we cover. There is no constraints to providing services in other locations across India.

How will I know the status of my request?

Once you are registered as a member with our service and have placed a request with us, you can login to 'My Account' on our website anytime and check the status of your order. You will also receive email alerts from our customer service personnel whenever a status update is made to your order. We have provided a simple mechanism on our website for you to communicate and exchange messages with our customer service department.

What if my request requires a Power of Attorney and other legal powers to carry out the task?

It is possible that some requests may require a Power of Attorney for e.g. to Buy / Sell a property on your behalf in India. In such a case you can either opt to provide a power of attorney in our favor or in favor of your family members / close relatives. Our legal team will assist you in drafting the power of attorney and the procedures to make it a valid legal document.

How do you charge for the services offered?

We normally charge a flat fee for certain standard tasks within major cities. However, in cases where the exact cost of executing the task cannot be pre-determined accurately, you will need to pay a service fee at the time of placing your request. Then, our customer service will respond to you with a quote after due estimation, which you can pay online.

Are you able to help with legal matters?

Yes, we can. We have an in-house legal team that will provide initial opinion and counsel on any legal matters. Further, if it requires localized legal assistance / litigation, then we will refer you to a good lawyer and/or assist you through the entire process appropriately.

Are you able to help with property management?

Yes we are, since property management is one of the key requirements for most overseas Indians and you don't want it to be a big obligation for your family / relatives / friends in India. We can also help in finding a tenant, creating and negotiating tenant agreements and tenant management. Our personalized services also include site monitoring, fence construction, gardening, weeding and other property management needs.

My mother requires some help in getting on a plane to the US. Can you help?

Yes, we can certainly assist her in getting to the airport and if required even try to locate a person who is traveling on the same flight and request them to help her on the way. Further, there are other things that your elderly family members might require which we provide like visa assistance, air tickets, pickup & drop, travel insurance etc.
