In a society that is so computer savvy, I was thrilled to see the Missions Department develop the World Missions Touchscreen system. It is the focal point of our missions display and makes a strong statement to visitors about our church’s vision.

More than what we could have expected, it has captured the attention of our children and youth, providing them with incredible amounts of information about World Missions. They especially love the video feature!

We were also pleased to discover that many of our senior adults (some of whom do not even own a computer) use the touchscreen because of its ease of use.

It served a significant role in seeing our missions giving double within the first year. This year, we will see giving more than triple. The touchscreen has been a tremendous blessing and is well worth any church’s investment.

The World Missions Touchscreen has created new interest among our generation of students.  I was passing by the other day and heard one of our 8 year olds, who was capably maneuvering the touch screen say to his mother, "Look mom, see what we're doing in Africa." That lets me know the ownership that is taking place among all our congregation.  To me, that's exciting when "they" becomes "we."

We have two World Missions Touchscreens. Old and young alike can take an interactive missions tour around the world at their fingertips.

It is an effective way to help people personally sense the magnitude of what God is doing around the world today.

Greetings in the name of Jesus our soon coming King. 

I wanted to take a moment and send you some thoughts on the value of the Missions Touchscreen.  For nearly two years we have been encouraged with the impact of this tool of Missions awareness.

We have the Touchscreen placed in a prominent place in the foyer of our church. Week after week, I am thrilled to see people of all ages navigating the touch screen to learn about our missions family and the needs of the world. This amazing program has done more to keep the awareness before the people 24/7 than any other tool we have used. The videos are effective and the interactive nature of the computer is captivating.

If a Pastor is looking for one single tool to promote missions awareness in the life of a World changing church, this is it!
