Urgent! Blogger.com users must read this!

[Updated: 27/06/03 00:10] I made another test before upload the new setup files and the host api.blogger.com is working again! So, no change needed anymore, if you already did it no problem too!

People from Blogger.com has changed something on their server and the address api.blogger.com is not working as it was until last monday, this affects the new v3.02 that has this address as the Blogger.com API host, so please if your blog is using their new system (Dano) and you're getting "The server Has Been Reset" error or another, find the file cms.ini at C:\Program Files\bloggar\CMS or at the place you've installed w.bloggar, edit this file with notepad and change the following line, note that it appears twice, change both:

Host=api.blogger.com
change it to
Host=new.blogger.com

If you don't want to change it manually, download and unzip this file to the w.bloggar installation path.

I'm rebuilding the setup files with these settings and will upload them ASAP.

As you can see, this Blogger.com migration process is causing very much problems to w.bloggar users, we hope they can finish this soon, until there keep coming here, I'll try to inform you the news.

Once again Blogger.com ...

Once again Blogger.com team posted at http://status.blogger.com now telling that the API (so w.bloggar) will not work to all blogs that were not migrated to the new system until all these blogs are moved to the new version. This means that only blogs migrated to their new "Dano" system are working now with w.bloggar. To the others they say it will be fixed within the next few days.

More info to Blogger.com users!

If you're still getting problems using w.bloggar with Blogger.com try to change at the Account Properties [F10] window the Blog Tool option to "»Custom«" and then change the Host field from plant.blogger.com to new.blogger.com.

I think this address is temporary, so I will not change the default w.bloggar settings until they finish the migration and then release the new service with the final API url. Please stay tuned here and there for news.

PS. Since last week I'm having troubles with my job's internet connection, so please sorry for the silence here and at the e-mail, this is a free service so I can't afford dial-up connections to support this everyday, so please be patient.
