I received a great Toolbar Skin made by Lim Chee Aun from Phoenity.com to download it click here »
To install it just unzip the files to the folder named skins under the path you've installed w.bloggar.
If you want to make you own skin take a look there and I'm sure you'll guess how to do it! To make this task easier I'm developing a Skin Creator tool, will be released soon!
