Photoshop CS4 Compatibility: No need to worry if this book will be “outdated” with the introduction of Photoshop CS4, currently scheduled to be released in October - The concepts and functionality taught in the book do not change, regardless of what version of Photoshop you use!
The overwhelming majority of changes in Photoshop CS4 will not affect the content of the book, as most of the new features available are advanced features or efficiency enhancements. A very short addendum with applicable new features (along with a new ebook PDF with the minor changes included) will be available free of charge shortly after the release of Photoshop CS4 to those who purchase the ebook or hard copy now…
