Well done mate... that's pretty damn cool. And top notch job on the editing I gotta say!

Excellent... It made me feel so happy... Just curious, does anybody know the lyrics of the song. It credits Rabindranath Tagore's Geetanjali. Being a bengali, I would love to know which song was that? It was a great song sung by Ms Siddique. hats off

Truly epic. No other words for it really. Im sitting in front of the tv with the laptop on, and on sky news, there is a story about the muslim extremists who were planning on bombing civilian planes. When i watch this video though, it makes me think maybe we will make it after all.
Keilun 3 months ago
@Shyamal Roy

Garry Schyman's site has a short news item on the making of the song. It's an adapted Bengali poem that they used by Rabindranath Tagore. There's a translated form in Gary's news item, but I'm not sure how to find the original poem they used. Hope this helps. :)

Ditto to Karina...I'm supposed to be a 40-yr-old tough guy, but this vid just really got me, and I started smiling and crying (for good reasons) all of a sudden.

Very powerful.
Deanna 3 months ago
Agreed! I was smiling and crying at the same time!

Ditto to Karina, Drew and Deanna! Felt like the world came together, for a minute. Who cares about differences! Felt a like I was dancing with everyone in the video and loving every minute of it! The Choreographed Indian shoot- lovely!

Thanks Matt!!

Stunning. Beautiful. It totally captured the essence of dance, and showed the commonality of the human spirit.

While watching I found myself smiling, then grinning, then brimming with joy.

Amazing.

I still have goosebumps and tears of joy streaming down my face. What an amazing piece of work this is. To imagine all of the fantastic people you met, places you've seen and all of the joyous dancing you've done~ is something I cannot do. Thank you for bringing this to light...I love your jig and I'm so happy you were able to do something as grand, yet simple as this...peace, joy and hugs to you. still weeping joyously:)
Greeneyd Grl 2 months ago
I smiled and then I cried without warning - tears streaming while I'm smiling like crazy. I am hopeful. I loved this piece! It's gorgeous and shows a connectedness regardless of borders.

Thank you so much for showing this.

I love the way each one of Matt's videos finds a new way to make me blub like a little girl. I kicked off when everyone joined in the dancing, but the dancing in India sent me into a full-on bawl. Possibly the nicest video ever made.
