ANGER MANAGEMENT WORKSHOP
Mezzanine Room 8
Facilitator: John Ringleb
We all deal with anger-whether it be in a subtle or violent manner. Being
angry can involve such emotional expressions as frustration, irritability,
aggravation, outbursts or fretting. The bad news is, anger harms you and
your relationships whether you vent it or stuff it. The good news is, anger
can be managed. This 13 step program will guide you through healing.

experience working in multi cultural communities, his own multicultural
marriage, his work with the International Jamaican Church and The
Freedom Center of Lakeland. This class will challenge you as you view
these issues in light of the Lord’s Prayer, the book of Philemon, and
additional support material with God as our guide.
