» What Does the Bible Say About Ministry?

At Victory Church, we believe that ministry is using whatever God has given us to serve Him and the needs of others. We minister in three directions: to the Lord, to believers, and to non-believers. The goal of our ministry is to help others grow.

It was he who gave some to be apostles, some to be prophets, some to be evangelists, and some to be pastors and teachers, to prepare God’s people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith.

Ephesians 4:11-13

We seek to achieve this goal by fulfilling the five purposes of the church, which is to communicate God’s Word, care for God’s family, celebrate God’s presence, educate God’s people, and demonstrate God’s love.
