Family Shelter

Homeless shelter for families with children. Mission: Family Shelter provides emergency shelter and supportive services to homeless children and their families. We are the only shelter in the Midlands area to provide this service exclusively to families. Families can stay in the shelter for up to 30 days with extensions available up to 90 days as long as the family is following program guidelines. PATH (Prompt Access to Housing): Families are placed into permanent, affordable housing with assistance in exchange for a 2-year commitment from the family to work on issues contributing to their homelessness.
