Web Designer, Blog Guru & Mac Fan

Hey! I’m Thomas, aka TwisterMc, and this is my web site. I live in Minneapolis Minnesota and I’m a computer geek. There, I said it.

I currently work at TopRank Online Marking doing organic search engine optimization, seo design and blog optimization & marketing. I’ve been doing SEO for a few years and I’ve been working in web design for over seven years. I’ve done a little bit of everything from HTML to Flash and a lot in between. I’ve created games to applications to blogs and full fledged web sites.

Some of my current personal projects include iPox, a Mozilla Firefox theme, the Chicklet Creator which adds RSS buttons to blogs, Social Bookmark Creator which adds social bookmark links to blog and yExplore, a Mozilla Firefox extension to quickly access Yahoo’s Site Explorer.

I usually do most of my work on a Mac. At home I have an Intel based iMac and at work I have an iMac G5. Both are pretty sweet and work wonderfully. I use Macromedia applications for most of my designing and programming work, however I also have a lot of smaller, freeware, shareware applications that I like to use. Some favorites include YummyFTP, Transmit, TextWrangler, CSSEdit and SkEdit.

When I’m not sitting at my computer, I enjoy the outdoors with my wife Christi. From watching the weather to ridding roller coasters, or just a walk around the lake, I enjoy it all. We also have two cats that enjoy being the center of attention so playing with them is a must too.
