Dear Twitter, Just Tell Us The Truth.....
Before the re-design of Twitter there was a badge that gave us the false sense they were actually working to restore the service. Now that it is gone I have the feeling they are hoping we all forget about it.
I myself would rather them actually come out and say one or to things. Either no we will not bring back IM support, or give us a date. This would at least keep us out of the dark. What are your thoughts on this?

My son Clayton just joined Boyscouts and has jumped into this head first. He is so excited about being a scout. Recently he found out he is selling popcorn to support his troop. This is the ONLY fundraiser that he has all year. This gives his pack money for the events and materials they do year long.
His goal was not to get the bow and arrow, or the DS lite, or even a Wii. His goal was to sell enough for a college scholarship! This made daddy very proud to say the least. It is a very hard goal for him to reach with him having to sell $2500 worth of popcorn. I am just proud that he has set his goals high, and not just for the coolest toy.

Netflix Signs Streaming Deals With CBS & Disney/ABC
This is some great news that was posted over at HackingNetflix. It seems Netflix is doing about everything right when it comes to their streaming srevice.
Netflix announced that they have signed separate deals with CBS and Disney-ABC to add hundreds of shows for streaming through Netflix's Watch Instantly. Included are upcoming and prior seasons of "CSI," "NCIS," "Numb3rs," "Hannah Montana," "Wizards of Waverly Place," and "Suite Life on Deck."
The agreements with CBS and Disney Channel also add catalog shows to the library of choices that can be watched instantly at Netflix. Some 500 episodes from Disney Channel's kid-driven, family-inclusive programming library, including previously aired episodes of "The Suite Life of Zack & Cody," "Wizards of Waverly Place" and "Hannah Montana," as well as episodes of the popular animated series "The Replacements," "Lilo & Stitch: The Series," "The Emperor's New School" and many others, will come online to Netflix beginning in 2009.
Some 350 CBS episodes covered in the deal include prior seasons of the three "CSI" series and "Numb3rs," the first two seasons of the popular "Jericho" series and, among others, episodes from TV classics such as "Star Trek," "MacGyver," and "Family Ties." The catalog episodes will come online this fall.
SlotMusic SD Cards To Kill The CD?
It has been announced that Sandisk's SlotMusic cards have been backed by some big names like BMI Music, Sony BMG, Universal Music Group, and Warner Music Group. Could this be the next big thing in the music industry?
It is also said that the SM cards will be DRM free, will include high quality MP3's (up to 320kbps), as well as album artwork and more. With it being much easier to just pop this little card into your cellphone or PC could this truly be the end of the CD? What makes it even more appealing is afterwards you will still have a nice 1GB SD card at your disposal.
Twitpic + Screensaver = Twitsaver
Twitsaver is the neatest if not the best Twitter related screensaver I have seen to date.
What Twitsaver does is select random Twitpic photos posted to Twitter and displays them in a nice looking screensaver.
The only downfall is it's currently only available for Windows.
