Calls placed to mobile telephones may be billed at a higher rate. When using a toll free number from a pay phone a $0.90 per call surcharge will apply. A weekly fee of $0.69 will apply. Application of surcharges and fees will have the effect of reducing total minutes available. If not used on a single call. Rates, fees and charges are subject to change without notice.
