Help:Article validation

From Theopedia

Jump to: navigation, search

Theopedia now allows for anonymous contributions to articles. To prevent vandalism and other problems, changes to articles on Theopedia are "sighted" (spot-checked) by reviewers before they become part of an article that the public sees by default. Contributions are still expected to abide by the Statement of faith and Writing Guide.

It is best to become a registered user and part of the Theopedia community. Admins/reviewers will likely be stricter about incorporating anonymous edits.

Only Theopedia administrators have the authority to approve edits or make edits that are automatically approved. Thus, new users have to wait for their edits to be approved by the admins. A new user can request to have their edits automatically approved, but this will be based on the approval of the admins. Generally speaking, admins will want to take time to get a consistent and general idea of the kind of edits a user might make; however, a specific amount of time for admins to review user edits has yet to be determined.
