Jason T. Christy

With over 10 years in religious business publishing, Jason T. Christy is publisher and editor in chief of The Church Report. Raised in Scottsdale, Ariz., Christy attended Brophy College Prep and Boston University. With a diverse marketing and media career that ranges from business to business publishing, public relations, media buying as well as creative services, Jason was the founding publisher of such titles as Church Business, Modern Car Care, PetroMart Business, Marina Business Today and Church Executive. In addition to launching these titles, Jason has worked with both the McGraw-Hill Companies and Cygnus Business Media in consulting roles. He is also the founder and president of Reaction Media, a dynamic information services publishing and multi-media company that offers creative services, public relations, custom publishing, Web site design and promotional products and is headquartered in Scottsdale, Ariz. Sought after for his knowledge of the Christian market, Jason often consults with other media and has appeared in the Los Angeles Times, The New York Times, The Asbury Park Press (NJ) and has been a contributor on West Wood One Radio. In addition, Jason has appeared on CBS News and the Trinity Broadcasting Network. Outside of the office, Jason enjoys a wide variety of activities that are fueled by the cultural opportunities in the greater Phoenix area. As a classically-trained singer, Jason balances his busy performance schedule with his business profession. Jason also enjoys spending time outside of the office with nephews and is an avid sports enthusiast and fisherman.
