JXPath Tutorial

Published in article form on JavaWorld.com.

Looking for the sources that came with the Java Magazine article? Get them here.

JXPath is an Apache Commons library to query Java object trees using the well known XPath XML query language. Extremely useful stuff but not yet very well known, hence this tutorial.

For the JXPath Tutorial, check out these links:

The tutorial as PDF (opens in new window). The downloadable Java Sources of the tutorial application. The downloadable Eclipse Project containing all sources and JARs, fully preconfigured.

Check out the official JXPath Website: http://jakarta.apache.org/jxpath.

Let me know what you think through the feedback form.

This tutorial has been written with the OpenOffice.org office suite.
