Cathedral School Announcement

The Governors wish to announce that the Headmaster of the Cathedral School will be leaving when he reaches his 60th birthday at the end of the Spring term of 2009.  Andrew Dobbin has been an outstanding Headmaster and over eight years has led the school to high levels of success in every aspect of its life.  There will be opportunities over the coming months to recognise all he has achieved, but the Governors wish to thank him for his dedication and devotion to the life of the school and cathedral, knowing that he will hand over a thriving school to his successor.

Plans to search for a successor are now being formulated and further announcements will be made in due course.
