SMOOTHWALL EXPRESS NEWS - JANUARY 2009
SmoothWall Express 3.0 Service Pack 1 has been released today - 8th January 2009.This release includes the enhancements and bug fixes from updates 1 to 4.

We are delighted to announce that SmoothWall Express has just won an award in the 2008 Best of Open Source Software Awards (BOSSIES) in the open source security category.
The selections were made by the InfoWorld Test Center to recognise the best free and open source software for business, IT professionals, and IT staffs.

The SmoothWall Open Source Project was set up to develop and maintain SmoothWall Express - a Free firewall that includes its own security-hardened GNU/Linux operating system and an easy-to-use web interface.
