In addition to the main category, where you find OPEN systems that accept to host further rings, there are 2 subcategories: ASK systems (ask before registering a new ring), and commercial systems having advertisements on a ring's list page. If you are managing a OPEN system a ASK system or a COM system, please remember that doing so is a big commitment on your part! Your member ringmasters will be depending on you for the long term, and will be expecting you to actively and reliably manage your webring system!
