I have heard people ask why Todd does not take his gift out of the church and into the streets. I have seen it written that he only sees these manifestations where he has whipped the crowd into a frenzy and there is some sort of mass trance.

Coincidentally, Todd is now ministering at the Lakeland Executive Airport just outside Lakeland, Florida. They had to move out of the 10,000 seat auditorium because it was too small. Go to God TV and see for yourself. I’m just guessing on this, but I think there are many more than 10,000 people in attendance at this time (8:45pm Friday night). This airport is much better than the streets. It’s safer and has much more room.

Todd’s people ARE taking it to the streets in Lakeland. There was one night of the revival they were showcasing the response on the streets. Todd had everyone who had led someone to Jesus THAT DAY come up and testify about it. When they added all the numbers up, there were 509 people saved THAT DAY.
People are getting saved in DROVES in Lakeland because the PEOPLE are taking it to the streets. Todd is an evangelist - that means his job is to equip the SAINTS to do the work of ministry. I would say he is doing that in spades.
I posted this video because it shows that Todd himself taking it to the streets.
