Pictures of the Year International returned to Charlottesville for the second “LOOK3: Festival of the Photograph.â€

The 50-Print Traveling Exhibition was displayed in a Main Street gallery to more than 1,100 visitors during the three-day festival, June 12-14. The exhibition was a selected representation of more than 2,000 winning images from the 65th annual competition.

LOOK3 was a perfect match for POYi's goals to outreach documentary photography to citizens. Set in the heart of Charlottesville's pedestrian Main Street, the POYi Exhibition attracted viewers from all cross-sections of society and offered citizens an intimate reflection of the news events and social trends of our world.
