During the summer months, Masterpiece Gardens hosts children and youth camps. The months of August through mid-June, we make our facilities available for rent to churches and other organizations.

Facilities may be rented out for day usage events, when available. The minimum group size is 50 people. If you have questions regarding facilities rental, or if you would like an information packet and rate guide sent to you, please contact our office or fill out a request information form. A Certificate of Insurance must be obtained by the group renting the facilities in the amount of $1,000,000 liability and $5,000 medical coverage. Masterpiece Gardens must be listed as the certificate holder, along with the dates of the retreat/event.

Amenities Include:

 Dorm rooms maximum sleeping capacity is 442 and is divided into 22 rooms and 10 separate counselor rooms. Lockers are provided for securing personal items.

 Shower areas connect quad spaces and provide privacy with doors.

  The Gymatorium provides seating for 800 people and is situated on a regulation size basketball court.

  The stage area connects the gymatorium and cafeteria. It is wired with sound.

  The J. Foy Johnson Conference Center can seat up to 400 people and can be divided into three classrooms. It also houses two additional classrooms located adjacent to the chapel.

  Our professional cafeteria offers two serving lines and seats 500 people. The kitchen has modern facilities and a professional staff.

  Sport activities include: indoor gymasium that can accommodate basketball or volleyball games, a large swimming pool, softball fields, two tennis courts, large playing fields, beach volleyball court, miniature golf and scenic walking areas.

  A snack bar area is also located on site. The snack bar is staffed by Masterpiece.

     A clinic facility is available. Each rental group is required to provide its own lifeguard, nurse and/or EMT, or someone trained in first aid.
