You must include all paperwork, and properly package the graphic to avoid damage. If you receive your Giant Sticker damaged due to shipping, alert the shipping carrier immediately, and save all original packaging.
If the mistake was ours, we will refund the ground shipping charges. Credits, refunds, or exchanges cannot be issued for improperly packed items. No credits will be issued for damaged, used, incomplete, or special order items.
