Giving to NCU

A welcome from Dr. Paul Freitag, Vice President for Advancement:

We provide a variety of ways for friends like you to invest in the next generation of Pentecostal leaders. By partnering with us you can participate in what God is doing through our young people. Furthermore, you worship God by providing resources for programs you feel passionate about. Rest assured that any gift you give will in some way directly benefit our students. In addition to traditional gifts, we also offer planned giving or corporate matching gifts, gifts of stock and other unique opportunities.

Together, we can make a difference!

Giving Opportunities

We have many opportunities for friends like you to invest in the next generation of Pentecostal leaders. If you have a fresh new idea for giving, let us know!

1. Scholarships

Scholarship funds allow students to complete their education and graduate with less debt. Investing in scholarships is an investment into the next generation of pastors, missionaries and those God divinely has called to serve Him in other occupations.

How Do I Establish a Scholarship Fund?

The interest from a $10,000 one-time gift will generate one $500 scholarship per year. A larger gift generates more, larger scholarships. The donor can determine the guidelines for who receives his/her scholarship. Contact us for an application.

Specific Scholarship Funds:

Scholarshare (General Scholarship Fund) The Evergreen Fund (Scholarship Endowment Fund) Endowed Scholarship Funds

2. Planned Giving

Follow this link to read helpful articles, inspiring stories, and steps to wise giving. (Please note: this link takes you away from the NCU website.)

3. Grants

North Central University has been involved in several grant projects over the past decade. The largest grant project was the City Gate Project. This project allowed us to become the first Bible college in the nation to provide an Urban Studies major. Part of this grant included developing a seamless urban ministries curriculum from the Institute level to the graduate level.

Presently, we are raising funds for WOVEN (With One Voice Energizing Neighborhoods). This cutting edge fine arts project allows us to provide free music lessons for neighborhood children and youth.

Please contact our office for further information on grant opportunities.
