Update: November 18th

New Avatars, Links Policy, Emoticons, Contest
First of all, various new Harry Potter, Sanrio, Barunson, and Cute avatars. 3 new emoticon sets - ASCII, and 2 Bunny ones.Also, please keep in mind that the link exchange only tracks links in and out for 30 days. Meaning if you don't refer a hit in in a month, your site will be deleted and I'll have to approve you again when you refer a hit in again. Finally, you probably won't hear much from me until after my finals are over... sometime around Christmas. I already have a new plan for this site and everything that I plan to implement, again. xD Oh! And one more thing. Funny Avatar Creation Contest - please submit funny avatars to Neskaya's contest. The winner receives free advertising space on the front page for a month~! Deadline is December 18th.

New Layout & Avatars
I finally got off my lazy arse and made a new layout. Hope you like it! There are also 63 new avatars - this is what happens when I neglect my homework. Most of them are in the new category Food and Drinks. There are also some San-X and a new Cute Avatar. Check them out!

Update: November 3rd

New Avatars
Just a few new icons - not too big of an update. 3 new Cute Avatars and a new category with 8 avatars - Funny Icons. They're mostly election avatars in spirit of the elections tomrorow! You can tell I didn't focus much on the aesthetics, but I wanted to get it done quickly and it's the thought that counts, right?
