Wednesday, May 2nd, 2007The May Mobile Monday will be happening on the normal day at the normal time, how unusual! ;-) We’re going to be at the new Nokia Research Center in Palo Alto, where the Nokia folks are going to be showing off some of the new toys and cool projects:
The Nokia folks are going to be showing off a few projects that exist within the walls of the research center only, and of course they’ll have a few devices around for us to play with as well. The N95 and N800 in particular I’m told are going to be there. If you’re a Linux mobile geek checking out the N800 is definitely worth it. The speed comparison between the 770 and the new hardware is pretty startling. And the Maemo development platform for it is an excellent example of an open source embedded toolkit done right.
