Final Builder Track Agenda

Mobile 2.0 San Francisco - Start-ups Selected!

The Mobile 2.0 Organizing Committee announced the selection of the presenting start-ups at Mobile 2.0 on November 3 in San Francisco.

This one-day event focusing on the Mobile Web and Disruptive Mobile Innovation, brings together experts and thought leaders from all areas of the mobile ecosystem, including startups, investors, mobile carriers, device manufacturers, and mobile application developers and web technologists.

You can browse the Mobile 2.0 event website to know everything about this years’ event, including Business and Builder Track agenda.

Here’s a list of the start-ups selected to present/demo at the conference:

aka-aki (Germany) - focuses on Proximity Networking, as in mobile social networking with Bluetooth-sensing capabilities.
Dial2Do (Ireland) - Dial2Do lets you do common tasks by just calling a number and speaking.
Nimbuzz (Netherlands) - Mobile IM and Text Message Service.
Rummble (UK) - a location based discovery tool and social search platform.
Seesmic (USA) - a platform to enable deeper engagement and connection online using video.
Zipipop (Finland) - a start-up that is developing Zipiko, a mobile service for sorting your social life on the go.
Wubud (UK) - Wubud allows you to take your social network in your back pocket everywhere you go.

Two more start-ups are currently still under consideration and will be announced as ‘wildcards’ closer to the event.
