Potsdam, Germany and Cannes, France, March 21, 2007 – Mindquarry GmbH, provider of the Mindquarry Open Source Collaborative Software, is a recipient of Red Herring 100 Europe Award, an award given to the top 100 private technology companies based in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) region each year.
Red Herring’s lists of top private companies identifies the most innovative and promising technology companies and entrepreneurs. Companies like Google, eBay and Skype were spotted in their early days by Red Herring editors, and touted as leaders that would change the way we live and work.
Mindquarry's software integrates knowledge tools for file sharing, tasks management and Wiki editing. The product was first released to the public only a few weeks ago for download. The next major release will integrate email management. The company Mindquarry receives seed funding from Hasso Plattner Ventures. Hasso Plattner is a SAP co-founder.
