This download installs Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online for Microsoft Office Outlook and the related Release Notes (Read me).

Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online for Outlook enables access to the same data through Outlook as Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online for Outlook with Offline Access allows data to be taken offline.

Important: You must install the correct version.

You cannot upgrade from a pre-release version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online for Outlook. You must first uninstall any previous versions before installing.

Do not install this version if you use an on-premise or service-provider edition of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0.

Instructions

Important: You cannot upgrade from a pre-release version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online for Outlook. You must first uninstall any previous versions before installing.

Use the following instructions to download Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online for Outlook.
Note: The downloaded file is a self-extracting executable file.

To start the download, click Download.
The File Download dialog box appears.
Click Save to save the file to your computer.
To install the product, double-click the executable file, and then follow the instructions on the screen.
After the installation is complete, on the Start menu, click All Programs, click Microsoft Dyamics CRM, and then click Configuration Wizard. Complete the wizard. To start using Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook, start Outlook.
