Joe Biden says Barack Obama might pursue criminal charges against Bush administration if elected | World news | guardian.co.uk - Obama sounded a similar note in April, vowing that if elected, he would ask his attorney general to initiate a prompt review of Bush-era actions to distinguish between possible "genuine crimes" and "really bad policies".

The only thing that is painfully obvious is that Bush is skating by without charges. A congress with no balls. A public with no clue. Please. America deserves what it gets. If I wasn’t already voting for Obama/Biden I would vote for them twice more just to make charges happen. I can think of an awesome prison down in Cuba that would be perfect.

This would be wonderful if he did. We could get Vincent Bugliosi as the prosecutor.
It would be a bigger three ring circus than the Sadaam Hussein hearings.

Really? Is he crazy? Just saying that is stupid. Obama wouldn’t do that. Obama wouldn’t pursue a real criminal standing just 2 feet in front of him. Oh man, it is gonna be open fun land for anyone to make the US into one big playground for complainers and haters. But nothing will ever actually get done.
