What is your turnaround time on quick-ship products?
View a map of shipping times for more specific information. Quick-ship products (N and L) are shipped from our plant in Illinois within 2-3 business days unless we are temporarily out of stock. You can verify this by viewing the product online or calling 800.788.8633. UPS Ground shipping takes 1 to 5 business days.

When can I expect a proof?
Your proof will be emailed within 3 business days, unless specified otherwise in the product description.

Can I rush my order?
If you need an imprintable product in less than 3 weeks, you may rush your proof for an additional $25 (only if we have your complete order ). You may also upgrade your shipping for an additional charge. Production time, unfortunately, cannot be rushed.
There are rush options available on quick-ship products, provided the product is not backordered. Additional charges will apply.
