Mea Culpa for Desperate Times: I hate advertising, I really do. I don't know what I was thinking. I was convinced by a reader that I could make money off of my web site with ads. I took down my Google Ads and I apologize to my readers for putting them up. I'd like this to be an ad-free user-supported site. (Ad-free...except for my own ads. Heh.) We should all be able to go somewhere and not be bombarded by ads. I hope to keep them off my site, unless I get desperate and this doesn't work.
