what is the Vision Campaign?

Our church truly is a center of life in our community. Whether you’re in the midst of retirement or raising kids, Life Center provides a place where you can connect with other people, commit to spiritual growth, and then influence your community to love and follow Jesus Christ.  

In the past two years, we’ve experienced tremendous growth as more and more people in Tacoma are finding life within these walls. We work hard to make Life Center a place you can be proud of – a place that is warm, welcoming, and accommodating to a range of diverse and unique ministry needs. You might be surprised at the amount and kinds of activities that take place on our campus. From an elementary school band concert to a Power Wheelchair Soccer Team to a Grief Support Group, this campus gets used! Rooms and events are often scheduled back to back from dawn to dusk and beyond. Though they may seem like ordinary proceedings, they are our opportunity to infuse life into a hurting and searching community. Small details make big impressions, and we want our encounters with people to be anything but routine – we want them to be life-changing.

We hope you see the vision in our campaign—to make our church a center of life in Tacoma. A place that reaches out to our friends and neighbors and offers them a chance to meet, love, and follow Jesus Christ. Everyone knows you have to lay a good foundation before you build the house. Will you help us lay the foundation for God’s house? When you do, you aren’t just building a church, you’re building the Kingdom.
