What is a podcast, you might ask? A podcast is like a radio show, with individual episodes that are updated automatically through podcast players like iTunes. There are other programs for podcasts if you like variety - with names like Juice, Doppler, or HappyFish, to name a few.

Life Center currently offers two podcasts: video and audio or audio only. If you have iTunes, just click and go! If you are using something else, simply highlight and copy the link provided below, then paste the link into the podcasting program of your choice.
