kids force
We are committed to help kids fall in love with Jesus and show them God's love and teach them to love the church. We exist to assist, equip, and empower the next generation and those called to lead them. Ps 78:4

NURSERY
Babies are special here at Lenexa Christian Center, and our nurseries are divided and designed to meet the needs of children from birth to two years of age. The nursery is open during every regular service and the rooms are staffed by loving and caring workers. For the convenience of our parents, we have a special room set aside for nursing mothers in our main foyer.
PRE-SCHOOL
We have a special pre-school class for every child from two years old through Kindergarten. Our pre-school classes are a time of fun and hands-on exploration of the Word. Our pre-school worship service, The Kids Clubhouse, features fun stories, puppets, praise and worship, and the instruction of God’s Word by caring teachers. There are pre-school classes during every regular service and the Sunday morning service features our Kids Clubhouse.
ELEMENTARY
Every Sunday morning we have an energetic children's worship service designed for children grades 1-6. This service parallels the adult service in many ways. Our service features praise and worship, prayer time, offerings, games, object lessons, and illustrated sermons that teach the Word of God. Every service is staffed with dedicated adults who lead by example. Our KIDS FORCE service is Sunday mornings at 9 and 11 a.m.
Split (pre-teen ministry)
SPLIT is a special service for our pre-teen 5th and 6th graders every Wednesday night. They are at a crucial point in their lives as they begin to bridge the gap between being a child and a teen. We want to help them with this transition through video games, music, worship, illustrated sermons, prayer, and most importantly through the Word of God. We believe that together we can train our pre-teens to be soul winners who walk in Spirit, Power, Life, Integrity, and Truth! The SPLIT services are held every Wednesday night at 7 p.m. in the Children's Auditorium.
