Job Responsibilities:
Under minimum direction, the Webmaster develops and maintains the Vizioncore Primary Web Site, the Vizioncore Partner Portal, and the Vizioncore Sharepoint-based Intranet. In addition the Webmaster supports staff on Internet related issues; facilitates electronic marketing and training programs and performs related tasks as needed to upgrade the quality, technology and transactional functionality of the all the web-related programs for the company.
•Keeps abreast of technological internet developments through continuing education, professional reading, on-line resources, participation in conferences, workshops and professional groups
•Develops and implements procedures for the ongoing revision of the Vizioncore public, partner and internal sites as well as training site.
•Is aware of, and implements best practices with regards to web site user experience
•Updates existing content, and adds new content to web sites as required
•Creates HTML code and graphics for email blasts sent by the sales and marketing departments
•Promotes the web site through search engine rankings and other opportunities.
•Monitors web site usage with assorted web statistics tools, and works to implement changes based on the data.
•Develops and implements a consistent graphic interface across all sites, working with and taking visual direction from Manager of Creative Services.
•Works with IT department for server setup and management.

Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or a related degree, with equivalent education and work experience
•Track record of creating high-level websites for other corporate entities with B2B e-commerce experience
•Minimum 3 years work experience working with Web Design Software (Adobe Dreamweaver) Ability to hand code when necessary. Solid experience with dynamic web technologies (ASP, ASP.NET, PHP, Perl, Java, Javascript, AJAX, etc.)
