I actually read Mel White's autobiography of fourteen years ago and thought he was at least worth listening to. As a CBC alum, I wish your nephew the best. We never had to deal with anything like that when I was there in the '80s so I can offer little advice, only prayer. Perhaps locking all students and faculty inside and letting the PD handle it would be the safest bet. I know that the thing they(the protesters) want most is some nice sound bites and film for the evening news. I'm sure BBC would be happy to throw some troops into the mix if it comes to it, unless they still hold a grudge over that whole Falwell effigy thing.......hmmm never mind.

Yeah, this group came to my alma mater, Lee University (TN). IIRC the president sent a letter to the student body and the parents, stating that Soulforce would be coming and that they would be not be granted a public forum. Basically the group was allowed on campus, they even sat through a chapel service, but no one took their bait and after a couple of days they left quietly.

As a Christian, I have always felt the Springfield, Missouri was a major fortress of the Bible belt. Now that the Sodomists have taken most of the nation, it is on their radar and has evidentlly become the target of a search and destroy mission.

Capture everything that occurs that day on video to be used as evidence. Remain totally non-aggressive but firm and clear in any communication with them. The one who keeps his head and emotion in check during confrontation, has the advantage. Give them no opportunity to claim victimhood.

My mother and her girlfriend claim to be Christian and they occasionally go to the Unitarian Church(a.k.a. The Church of anything goes). However being a Christian is more than just speaking, it is getting your hands dirty and living the lifestyle that is required by God.
