Rod Loy
Title: Senior Pastor
Pastor Rod is a 1987 graduate of Southwestern Assemblies of God Bible College. He joined the First Assembly staff in 1992. He has served the church in many capacities, from Children's Pastor to, most recently, Executive Pastor.
Pastor Rod was elected as Senior Pastor in June 2001. He has previously served churches in Fargo, North Dakota, and Irving, Texas.
Rod and his wife Cindy have two sons, Tyler and Parker.

Ashley Duff

Steve Flores

Where Did I Come From? San Antonio, TX, home of the 1999, 2003, 2005 NBA Champions, San Antonio Spurs. Graduate of Southwestern Assembly of God University in 2000, B.S. Counseling/Psychology.
Primary Area Of Ministry: Worship.
Things I Can’t Live Without: my Bible, a CD player, a journal, and the outdoors…ah…beautiful; Carol B’s cookies; orange juice; Spurs tickets; and internet
Family Info: married on June 25, 2005, to the most beautiful woman in the world, Natalie.

Favorite Restaurant: Jason’s Deli - “Deli Club, no lettuce or tomatoes please.” Moe’s – “Welcome to Moe’s!”
Most fun memory: In 1999, having to hike for miles across the border into , because some of the members of the group I was with forgot their visas in their room 4 hours away. We missed our bus by the time they got their visas. We were all angry with them, but it has made a great memory! I’ve never sweated so much in my life!
Most Embarrassing Moment: A double date in college that went incredibly wrong! It involved me walking up stairs, my date in front of me, me clipping a stair, and me falling face first into her. I’m still embarrassed.
Something You Need: An intimate encounter with the Creator of the universe. A constant devotion to serve, live and die for Jesus Christ. To read Romans 3:21-24.

Janet Granderson
Title: Orchestra Director
Where did I come from? I grew up in North Little Rock and graduated from Northeast High School. I have been attending First Assembly all my life. My parents, Jay and Doris Cruse, were married in this church in 1949. My family and I have lived in Cabot for the last ten years where my husband is Assistant Principal at Cabot High School and I teach music at Cabot Middle School South.
Primary Area of Ministry: I have been working with our orchestra since 1996. I am responsible for preparing the orchestra for Sunday morning worship and special musical productions.
Education: Bachelor of Music Education, Henderson State University, 1977; Master of Music Education, University of Central Arkansas, 1989
Family Info: My husband Randy and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary in June 2003. We have a daughter, Lindsey, who is a physical therapy major at UCA. Our son, Corey, is a senior at Cabot High School and plans on attending the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville to major in engineering.
Favorite Activity: I love to scrapbook and read when I have time -- usually in the summer when school's out.
Favorite Family Tradition: We go to Branson the day after Thanksgiving for Christmas shopping and to see the lights at Silver Dollar City.
Favorite Memory: Driving through the English countryside and exploring the Cotswolds with my husband Randy on our 25th anniversary.

Pam Harrell

Where did I come from: Grew up in Jonesboro, Arkansas, moved to North Little Rock in 1974, have attended First Assembly since that time.
Primary area of ministry: Hospitality and working with new ministries.
Things I can’t live without: Popcorn, westerns, and Reese’s peanut butter cups!!
Family Info: Married to Rick Harrell for 28 years. Two children, Ashley and Jake.
A Perfect Day: My house is clean, the laundry is done, dinner is in the oven. I’m on the couch with my blanket watching an old black and white western!! (High Noon is my favorite!!)
Favorite Quiet time Spot: My living room. It’s so soft and quiet, it’s my favorite place to pray and reflect.
Favorite activity: Watching old home movies with my family. We laugh every time like we’ve never seen them before.
Favorite family tradition: Being at Best Buy at 5:00 in the morning the day after Thanksgiving.

Michael Holland

Where did I come from? Memphis, Tennessee; We moved to Central Arkansas in 1991, and this is home now.
Family Information: Laura and I have two beautiful daughters, Rachel and Rebecca.
Pet(s): It depends on what day you’re reading this. I married the "Queen of the Jungle." We always have at least one dog and have had everything from birds, rabbits and hamsters to horses and a goat and a calf. One night I came home to find Laura playing with a mole from the yard. The only thing I would be surprised to find when I come home is a snake; snakes make Laura scream like a little girl!
Things I cannot live without: Starbucks – My coffee maker has a timer that kicks in about 15 minutes before I do every morning.

Randy Jumper

What do I love to do? Read. What do I love to read about? Stuff. Yep, I’m the resident nerd here at the church. Ask me anything and I can, well, find it on the internet for you. Back in school, I am working on my doctorate at George Fox University in Oregon. I am studying Emerging Culture with a dozen great guys and one of my heroes Len Sweet. Heidi and I love to travel, we’ve been to Europe and Asia a couple of times and really want to make it to Africa sometime soon. Our daughter Morganne is the smartest kid around, just ask her, she’ll let you know.

Jim King

Most fun memory: A Seven nation missions trip to western Europe in 1985 and a recent trip to Hawaii with Judy. This was something we’d always dreamed about.

Chris Lesher

Where did I come from? I’ve lived in Central Arkansas forever, besides a brief stint in some scary dorms in college.
Primary area of ministry: producing media for First Assembly services, events, and television. I also get to lead an incredible team of volunteers.
Family info: married to Samantha since 2001
Things I can’t live without: Google, Apple, E-mail, and all sorts of other nerdy techy things!
Being creative with tech is one of the most fun things you can do. All the flashing buttons and blinking lights are cool, too, I must admit.
Favorite color: Blue (the color of my wife’s eyes) ...are you sick yet?

Jay Martin

Family Information: I have been married almost ten (10) years to my wonderful wife, Dawn, and we just recently had our sweet, precious, adorable, beautiful, lovely, spiritual, talented, and, did I mention incredible baby girl, Hallie Claire.
Favorite food: They are too numerous to list. But for this space, I have a tie: U.S. Pizza Companies’ Pepperoni Pizza, and Paul’s Restaurant’s enchiladas with chili.
Dream: To lead my wife and daughter in serving God, and to lead the church plant in Little Rock to a great church that reaches the un-churched people in that city.
Most fun memory: On January 24th, I got to watch the birth of my daughter. None of my experiences come close to the fun and joy of that event.

David Maynard
Title: Singles and Outreach Pastor
Where am I from? Angleton, Texas -- home of my mother and the Fighting Wildcats.
What do I do? I oversee the single adults, take care of the buildings, oversee any new building projects and work in new areas of outreach in the city. And you thought all I did was eat fried chicken and pray!
Things I can’t live without: Good food with dessert, my hunting and fishing gear, talking to and making good friends, and a relationship with God.
Family info: My beautiful wife Shirley of 26 years, three kids (Robin, John David and Phillip), two daughters in law (Nikki and Cindy) and four wonderful grandchildren (Blake, Jacob, Addison and McKenzie)
Favorite food: Can you say ALL? Seafood is my love. I wish I could find the lady who fixed the coconut pies at the Town House Café in Waxahachie Texas. The best this side of Heaven!
Dream: I want to see a group of singles with a joy and hope in Christ go into this city and lead them to their hope in Christ.

David Richards

Family: We have 4 children that live in four different states and a lot of grandkids!
Where Did I Come From: I was born and raised in Kansas. My parents pastored in Kansas for 25 years and then went to Holland for 26 years as Missionaries.
Education: I received a B.A. degree from Central Bible College in Springfield, MO.
Ministry History: I have been the Minister of Music at 11 different churches in 11 states in the last 39 years.
Ministry Forte: I enjoy more than anything else presenting musicals, directing productions, and conducting the choir and orchestra.
Hobbies: Photography, gardening and travel
Sports: I enjoy playing golf, even though I am a beginner. I also enjoy basketball and running. I love to watch all kinds of sports, too.
Food: I enjoy eating all kinds of food, but must admit my favorite course is dessert. I probably could live on sweets, especially ice cream.

Reta Russell

Where did I come from?: Grew up in Conway, AR with 2 sisters and one brother. Moved to North Little Rock in 1985 when I married Glenn.

Family Info.: Married Glenn in 1985 – our one and only son, Steven, was born in 1987.
Favorite Food: Mexican, Mexican, Mexican!
Hobbies: I love to draw, paint, fish, and believe it or not - work.

E. Joe Wilmoth
Title: Assistant Pastor for Pastoral Care
Ministry duties: Follow up by computer and phone on people ill at home and at the hospital as well as prayer requests sent into the church office.
Where did I come from: My wife Wanda and I were both born in Houston, Perry County, Arkansas. We both moved to Northeast Arkansas where we both graduated high school together. I was captain of the basketball team and Wanda was center on the girl's team. I was president of my graduating class and she was vice-president. She was valedictorian and I was salutatorian. You could say that we've known each other for a while!
School: I attended Central Bible Institute (now Central Bible College) in Springfield, MO. Wanda attended Arkansas State but graduated from Little Rock University (now UALR) with honors. I furthered my studies with courses from Assemblies of God Theological Seminary, Ouachita Baptist, ASU, and special seminar studies.
Ministry: I have been an ordained AG minister for over 50 years. I pastored five churches, served as state youth director for eight years, and finally as district superintendent for 12 years. After my retirement, I came on the staff part-time here at First Assembly.
You may not know this about me: I love sports of all kinds. I was once named to the Jonesboro All City Volleyball Team. I also have a trophy for winning a racquetball tournament. I play golf on occasion, but because of worn out joints, I now exercise my love of sports mainly by means of TV!
Favorite Things to Do: fellowship, worship, and work with NLR 1st AG; visit my children Joe D. Wilmoth of Stillwater, OK, and Judy Crews of Berryville, AR, and five grandchildren. I also enjoy one special great-grandson and a sister to join him.
Favorite foods: Most of them, but especially pecan pie with a big anointing of ice cream.
Special blessing: My wife and I have been married for 56 years. She deserves a medal of honor for putting up with me this long!
