The BarnHouse Garden
The BarnHouse Garden practices sustainable growth and organic methods to grow Heirloom produce, and culinary and medicinal herbs. I started gardening because I believe that food should be fresh and taste good and I wasn't able to buy produce that tasted the way I remembered it as a child. Heirloom varieties are the old-fashioned tastes you grew up with, non-hybrid varieties treasured for flavor rather than visual conformity. I am pleased to offer Moon&Stars Watermelon, Cherokee Purple Tomato, and DeerTongue Lettuce; all Ark Of Taste varieties. Please stop by the garden during the season and at the Bedford Farmers Market on Tasty Tuesdays. Enjoy your food!
