Is my credit card information secure?

We maintain your credit card information behind at least three layers of security and fully comply with industry standards for security. As long as you are the only one who knows your password, you will be the only one who can access your account information.

What are my rights once I purchase a video?

Can I make copies of the media?

Yes, but there are some limitations. You may only copy content: a) so that it can be incorporated into a worship service or presentation being given at no charge; and b) for back up or archiving. If you require multiple copies of the same content for use in more than one location at the same time, you'll need to purchase additional copies of content as needed in order to obtain legal license for each additional copy. Can I put any of the content on my church's website?

No. We can not provide permission for you to post any media on your website. Read full End User License Agreement here.

How can I put text over your video?

The latest editions of various church presentation software will have this type of ability. Some of the better-known software are SundayPlus, MediaShout and Easy Worship. If you are using PowerPoint, this software currently does not support text over video during playback. You can, however, resize your video on your slide, then place a text box above or below it. We recommend changing your slide background color to black and your font color to white or other light color once you have the video and text placed where you want it on the slide.

Who do I need to get permission from to show these videos in church?

No one. With your purchase, you're granted permission for the non-exclusive, non-transferable usage of content. You may use content without limit as to the number of times content is used for non-broadcast, public performances on a royalty free basis. Read full End User License Agreement here.

Our church broadcasts our services. Can I show your video?

For video illustrations, due to copyright issues we can't allow broadcast on television. For video backgrounds and loops, however, you may broadcast them during your worship service. Read full End User License Agreement here.
