Born Juan Demorso III, El Scrapeo involuntarily had his name officially changed early 2007 by the members of The Dungeon. His repeated vicious attacks against the homeless people of the region quickly earned El Scrapeo the fear and respect of the villagers of San Mateo. These days it's hard to separate the legend of El Scrapeo from the truth. Numerous reports tie El Scrapeo to the drug cartels, as he's often seen with a suspicious white powder in a plastic bag. Others claim he's importing and sheltering illegal immigrants. Whatever his source of power might be, there's no denying that El Scrapeo is a force to be reckoned with.
