Welcome to the American National Election Studies Online Commons (the "OC"). The Online Commons is intended to help us transform the process by which scholars around the world can shape how the American National Election Studies collect data. If you are not familiar with the OC, before proceeding you may wish to read our overview of the Online Commons.
From this page, you can enter the OC as a Guest (which requires no registration), you can enter the OC as a Registered User (which requires, as you might expect, registration), or you can apply to become a Registered User of the Online Commons by using the form below.
Only Registered Users are allowed to post proposals and comments on the Online Commons. If a proposal has multiple authors, every author must be a Registered User before the proposal can be posted. To apply to become a Registered User, please fill out the form below and click on the "Submit Form" button. Your information will be protected as described in our privacy policy. For additional information about registering, please visit our registration help and information page.
To avoid delays in processing, please answer every question. After applying, if you do not hear from us within three business days, please send an email to "anes@electionstudies.org".
Please note that if you submit a proposal and meet the deadline for that, even if your registration has not been processed yet, do not worry - we will still post your proposal, but not until after we have processed your registration.
