On the first day of this series, I revealed that I feel my calling is to bring meaning to people. That is what I was born to do, so no matter where I go, that person will try to come out. Long before I realized that was what I was meant to do, I saw that calling try to burst out in my life.

I was in high school and, at that time, had never led anything and had no desire to. I was a very shy and quiet student and did not think I was qualified to ever lead. But the calling inside me did not think I was inadequate. It knew I was born to do that so it started coming out.

Within a year and a half from joining the bible club on campus, I was leading it and helped to transform it into one that reached out to the lost and made a major impact on the lives of the students at that school.

Did I want that? No. Did I think I was qualified for that? No. But I was made for that so me thinking I was inadequate was not enough to keep that calling from coming through.
