Partial-Birth Abortion Ban Bill of 1995

N Y Times coverage reported that there was legislation "to criminalize an entire class of abortions....a highly specialized procedure used in a few case..." but carefully avoided saying anything about what the "procedure" was, even by giving the title of the bill. Here is what they did not want you to read.
BULLETIN... The director of the National Coalition of Abortion Providers admits he " lied through my teeth" about this "rare, life-saving procedure".
