There are various levels of sponsorship to accommodate local, state, national and corporate organizations. All level of sponsorship are worthwhile and appreciated. In general, the higher the level of sponsorship, the more prominence and better visibility for your corporation. Additionally, the number of credentialed event tickets increase as sponsorship increases.

Are Sponsorships Tax-Deductible?

Supporters of the 2008 Denver Convention can make a contribution two different ways. A contribution that may provide a business with an ordinary and necessary business expense can be made to the Denver 2008 Convention Host Committee, a 501(c)(6) organization. While not tax-deductible as a charitable contribution, they may be tax-deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses for corporations. Contributions also may be made to the Denver 2008 Convention Planning Committee, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. These donations may be tax-deductible as a charitable contribution.
