Not sure if this was posted, it's a couple days old:

A union guy challenged the priest in the middle of his sermon and walked out!

3. Particularly Ironic
In view of the anti-Semitism of Pope Pius XII. How many Jewish souls on HIS conscience?

5. And the pope really WAS a Hitler youth.
Funny how that gets brushed over.

7. Any of those commandments handle lying? Why do repuke defenses always sound so lame?
Pardon me for drifting back, but these excuses we keep hearing from the republicans lately, the realtor that put up the racist sign in NC, and now this priest, all remind me of a strange incident when I was a teen.
My sister and I were walking down the street one day near Pasadena. And for some reason, in the early 70s, there was a proliferation of men who exposed themselves... my sis and I had been accosted by these creeps many times. But one day a man drove up next to us and asked for directions, when we looked into his car he was naked from the waist down. We took off running and happened to see a family in their driveway right away. We ran up to them and they chased after the guy. They caught up with him and by then his pants were pulled up. They accused him of exposing himself and he looked right at all of us and said "they're mistaken, I had a loaf of bread on my lap!" The most ridiculous lie ever, but he stuck to it.
It just reminds me of these republicans. They know damn well that you heard what you heard, or saw what you saw, but they lie so blatantly and so boldly.
Loaf of bread... he wishes.
