LET TRUTH ARISE!
Now more than ever before believers are being censored from asking questions of self named Apostles and Prophets who manipulate them into blindly receiving blatantly unscriptural views. Those who do question are said to be legalists. This attack on the discerning rules out honest discussion as to whether these new “revelations” are truly from God. In the New Testament, we find that when Paul and Silas preached at Berea, the inhabitants "eagerly examined the scriptures to see whether these things were so". Scripture referred to these Bereans as noble- not legalistic fault finders! Discernment Rocks!
Adrift in the River of God- Part Two
After my first summer at Morningstar I enrolled in their ministry school. As Joyner was quick to point out, it was not a Bible school per se. The emphasis was on prophesy, dreams, visions, and the supernatural. We were being trained for the coming harvest and what Joyner referred to as the coming civil war in the church. He was quick to tell us that we represented the blues. Like the ocean and the sky, blue stood for revelation and expanse, spiritual enlightenment, and openness of spirit.
Adrift in the River of God
Submitted by Mishel on Sun, 11/02/2008 - 04:55I don’t recall exactly how it started or when the decisive moment was. I do not know how I got to the point of being so deeply entrenched in apostasy and deception. I can not definitively point to one moment and declare that that is when the deception began and my destructive course was charted. I simply don’t know. What I do know is that I was convinced. I was convinced of my being on the right path. I was one of God’s chosen, His elite, His enlightened ones. “Get into the River” was our mantra and our manifesto. In my home church they called us the River People, and I was hopelessly immersed. Those that loved me enough had tried to warn me. However, I did not want to listen to those I perceived as being beneath me spiritually. They simply did not understand the river’s flow, I reasoned. No, I wanted nothing to do with their life-vests; I was happy being adrift.
Who let the Blogs out?
Submitted by Mishel on Mon, 10/27/2008 - 11:06I have gone through some fairly signifgicant life changes over the past few months and have not been writing as much as I would like. I am constantly researching but finding the time to organize the findings into a full fledged article is sometimes a challenge. I have moved several states away, gone through my first hurricane, and gone from being self employed to being employed by a major ministry. While all the changes are good ( well except for the hurricane) change is demanding and takes a toll both physically and emotionally. I am hoping that as things settle I will get more time to write.
The CFR and the Social Gospel
Recently I found a series of articles entitled "The CFR and the Social Gospel" originally disseminated by the Discernment Research Group. I think the information contained in this series is critical for anyone seeking to understand current events both in the world and in the Church. Although I usually reserve the front page for recent articles that I have written I wanted to draw attention to this and to encourage everyone to download and read it. For the sake of convenience I have combined the articles into one PDF file.
Canon Andrew White- Towards a One World Church
It may surprise many of you that in 2001, the United Nations granted the Knights Templar special consultative status on peace talks in the Middle East. You may ask yourself, as I did, why a secretive order such as the Knights Templar would have been given such an exalted status on such a volatile peace initiative. In looking for the answer to this I made some interesting discoveries- discoveries which ultimately lead to a man named Canon Andrew White.
The Coming Presence Movement- Should we be Alarmed?
According to their website, the next phase of the New Apostolic Reformation (NAR) is the United States Apostolic Alliance (USAA). Usapostolicalliance.org Dutch Sheets is one of four men in leadership over the USAA under presiding Apostle C. Peter Wagner. It is Wagner’s desire to organize a global church under a hierarchical network of apostles to take dominion and govern the global church and governments in order to take dominion of the world for Christ.
The Coming Presence Movement- Enter Moses.
In the first part of this two part article we discussed Dutch Sheets claiming that God visited him on June 15th 2008. During this alleged visitation “God” told him to host His presence for 90 days and to hold 3 days of worship starting September 11th through the 13th to mark the last three days of the 90 day period. The 90 days would serve to incubate and mature the movement before it would be released mainstream. Enter Moses.
A STRONG DELUSION - The New Apostolic Reformation
Everyone hates a mosquito. There is just something infuriating about these little insects thinking they can suck our blood. In the natural, not one of us would stand and watch a mosquito draw our blood without swatting it away. However, in the spiritual, we the church are doing just that. There is a growing force sucking the life Blood out of us and we are welcoming them in and making them at home. However, far from harmless mosquitoes, these parasites are lethal. They are the reformers of the church, the new crusaders if you will, the gathers of the global church. They are the New Apostolic Reformation (NAR), and they are coming for your church.
