Showers and thunderstorms will be scattered across North Texas this evening and then become more isolated after sunset. We should enjoy more sun over the next several days allowing temperatures to return to the 90s, but there will still be a few t-storms firing up in the heat and humidity of the afternoons. The best chances will be east of the I35 Corridor but cannot be ruled out locally. It is possible we could see an increased coverage of showers and storms Sunday through Tuesday as the storm system that is bringing us the rain now will move backwards and get us again!
